We were founded over nine years ago by our founder Richard Hester ChMC (Chartered Management Consultant), who has many years of senior leadership experience. By relentlessly listening to the organisations we work with, we are able to deliver training and other professional services to enable and increase performance, excellence and success. Our incredibly high rates of repeat business with our clients is a testimony to the professional relationships we build along with bringing value.
